Officer Matt Schneider was found to have threatened a PASSENGER, named Johnny Wheatcroft, with taking him to jail for fingerprinting, for not having an ID? Will my passenger(s), without ID, be treated in this manner, when I drive in Glendale?

Officer Matt Schneider was found to tase Johnny, without due cause, ELEVEN times. At least one tase was in Johnny's testicles. At least one tase was on Johnny's penis. Officer Matt Schneider was found to pull Johnny's shorts down, to intentionally tase him in the groin, WHILE handcuffed, with TWO OTHER officers, within arms reach.

Officer Matt Schneider was found to have dragged Johnny out of his PASSENGER seat, without due cause, while still strapped in his seat belt.

Officer Matt Schneider IS found to STILL be handing out tickets, as of February 8, 2019. This incident happened in the summer of 2017. WHY is this officer STILL "serving" our community? Also, why do his co-officers find Officer Matt Schneider's behavior TOLERABLE? is this #AZAwesome ?

Officer Matt Schneider does Not know the meaning of PROTECT and SERVE and should be IMMEDIATELY removed from his duties, with due cause. 

I am an RN, that drives in and serves her community, all around Glendale, AZ. These officers, at large, do not make me, nor my community feel safe. I will not spend one penny, in Glendale, AZ, until Officer Matt Schneider is off the force, for good.

The Arizona community, also, demands additional training that include Anger Management/Psychological skills training for all officers. In addition,  training: to learn how to cope with autism, drug users, and the abused, with whom they will encounter.
