By signing this petition, I urge Springfield Animal Control to enforce Chapter 18 Article II Division 3 Sec. 18-95. - Prohibition of pit bull dogs, which states: "It shall be unlawful for any person to own, possess, keep, exercise control over, maintain, harbor, transport, or sell within the city any pit bull."

Bryce Vineyard, Cierra Vineyard (Bryce's wife), Barbara Fowler (Bryce's mother) are breeding and selling pitbulls, without a breeder's license. This is not only in violation of city code, but also subjects the dogs and the public to health concerns.

Facebook posts from March 10th, details how the family is killing dogs, and selling parvo-positive puppies. Screenshots of his messages are shared, showing he's clearly not remorseful for his actions, nor does he intend to stop breeding dogs. 

A  post from Rescue One on July 9th, detail the heinous conditions of the puppies with 5 needing to be hospitalized for Parvo. 

In addition to the unlawful selling of pitbulls, the unlicensed breeders are inviolation of Missouri Department of Agriculture Chapter 9 Section 2 CSR 30-9.020  (D) Each licensee subject to the provisions of section 273.345, RSMo, shall ensure that animals with serious illness or injury as defined in 2 CSR 30-9.010(2) (UU) receive prompt treatment by a licensed veterinarian.

PLEASE kindly ask Springfield Animal Control to do their part in enforcing this ordinance, serving justice for these poor sick puppies stricken with parvo, and ensure this family does not continue to breed dogs.
