Investigate Ann Coulter's use of hate speech

The Issue

Here is the specific recording of her hate speech regarding advocating violence against Occupy Wall Street protesters (there are many more examples of hate speech from her, but this is the one we are most concerned about in this petition):

Media giants like Coulter have to be held accountable for their words specifically when they would be considered hate speech by private citizens. This type of language is harmful to open and public debate, and can lead to actual violent crimes. Regardless of her opinion or political leanings, Coulter's words are harmful to American society, and we believe criminal.

We are petitioning the Federal Communications Commission first since they have oversight in national media matters. Naturally, if the FCC does find evidence of hate speech it is our expectation that such evidence be reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigations for an investigation for criminal prosecution.
