Do you remember our efforts to convince the Caribe Club Princess Spa & Beach Resort to have the cats on the resort grounds spayed and neutered Prior to my trip to the Dominican Republic? When landing in Punta Cana on the 31st of March I was met at the airport by Christiana Stämpfli, Viviana Vitariello and Sylvia Mendez from RescátaMw. After a brief tal Christiana and Viviana had to return to their duties and Sylvia and I went to the clinic of Dr. José Malaret to pick up cat traps which we took to the hotel complex of Tropical Princess, Carbie Club Princess and Bavaro Princess, view photos, and Slvia met me at the airport at my departure to tell me that already 2 cats had been trapped and spayed and that it worked out beautifully; also that the 3 Princess hotels belong together and that we therefore can add 3 new hotels to our travelguide Animal-friendly hotels in the Caribbean, thus adding the number of animal-friendly hotels in Punta Cana up to 15 out of 102.
