Article 2 outlaws animal poisonings and punishes violations with heavy fines. If you want to increase the protest’s impact, please copy the photos of the animals poisoned at Feria Ganadera , Santo Domingo, February 21st 2016 , contact the Dominican tourist office or embacy closest to you, confront them with these photos and the message for their government that you won’t visit their country until the law 248-12 is being enforced.
