The Inquest

Dear supporters,
As many of you know, we went through the coroner's court process, but we did not get the Prevention of Future Deaths (PFD) report or the narrative verdict we know Tyran deserved. The authorities produced an "action plan" to prevent future failures—yet we have already seen how these false promises fail to protect vulnerable patients in practice.
We are currently fighting an application to the High Court to challenge the inquest. Without true accountability, we cannot achieve systemic change.
We need to keep the pressure on.
We cannot do this alone. Please share  this petition far and wide. We need the NHS trusts and the government to see that tens of thousands of people are standing with us.
