We, the undersigned, respectfully ask law enforcement and prosecutors in both Oklahoma and Kansas to fully investigate repeated alleged violations involving Valerie Teixeira and continued unwanted contact despite active court protection orders.

The harassment and abuse reportedly began in Oklahoma and continued even after relocation to Kansas for personal safety. A Protection From Abuse Order was granted in September 2025, yet there have allegedly been continued attempts at unwanted contact, repeated calls, harassment, and indirect communication through others.

As of May 5, 2026, a Protection From Stalking Order was also reportedly granted against David Walker following continued alleged contact and harassment. Despite these legal protections, both parties allegedly continue contacting the protected individuals, including repeated calls to both the petitioner and her fiancée, Stephanie.

Protection orders are meant to protect victims and prevent ongoing intimidation, fear, and emotional distress. When court-issued protections are repeatedly ignored, victims can be left feeling unsafe even after seeking help through the legal system.

We respectfully request that authorities:

Thoroughly investigate all reported violations
Review available evidence including phone records, screenshots, call logs, messages, voicemails, witness statements, and police reports
Enforce all active protection orders appropriately under the law
Take ongoing safety concerns seriously for all protected parties involved
This petition is not intended to determine guilt or replace due process. It is a request for proper investigation, enforcement of court orders, and accountability regarding repeated reported violations.

Victims deserve safety.
