Update:  This was Lola. Killed by two black labs as owner had them off leash on his property but when they saw my puppies they ran into street and attacked both of them. Lola passed. Charlie had multiple wounds and was saved by our Veterinarian. The owner had his dogs put down as they had attacked before. My petition has been signed by many and I thank you but has not be seen by anyone who can pass better laws. Leash laws, criminally negligent laws, warning to community laws or notifications. In Lola’s name, I would hope this can help someone else or prevent this from happening again.
