The Issue

For too long, I have witnessed firsthand the systemic failures of our justice system. It is with a heavy heart that I share the injustices I've seen, where the law—our Constitution—is not applied impartially as it should be. Police officers, courts, lawyers, and even judges have, at times, exercised their powers to rewrite laws to benefit themselves or those within their inner circles, rather than to serve justice for all.

The heart of the American legal system is founded on the principles of impartiality and equity. Yet, more often than not, these principles are overshadowed by favoritism, bias, and corruption. When those entrusted with upholding the law turn a blind eye to these values, they do not just fail us; they betray the trust of every American who believes in justice.

Every clerk, lawyer, or judicial staff member must adhere strictly to the laws at both state and federal levels. Non-compliance must not be tolerated. Dismissal and necessary sanctions should be imposed on those who exploit the system. Only then can we ensure that the Constitution is upheld twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Imagine a future where every decision made in a court of law is untainted by personal interests—where justice is earned through fairness and integrity. This is not just a dream; with your support, it can be our reality.

Sign this petition to demand that US courts enforce impartiality, ensuring the Constitution's principles are respected and upheld consistently. Together, we can restore faith in our judicial system and guarantee a more just future for all.
