Hello to whom it concerns We are in hopes this petition will help pass a bill or reach to congress to have one month of or free spaying in every vet clinic across America.I’m aware their are some low cost clinics but we need free spaying in ALL clinics because the rate of overpopulation in animal shelters is extremely high! Shelters have no room!but these animals don’t deserve to die either!I am starting this petition to reach out to anyone that has the power to enforce low cost or free neutering or spaying options for pet parents due to the extremely high amount of dog and cat deaths over the past 20 years.I’m sure your aware dogs are being killed in the streets hit by cars,  abandoned by owners after breeding excessively,used for dog fighting down to their blood,sweat,and tears!We are coming together to be their voice for the innocent that are being slain and used by the torturous hands of human beings who are leaving these angels on dumping grounds hear the cries acknowledge their blood understand their pain and protect them by enforcing free spaying and neutering across the world!If thus petition needs to hit the ears of joe Biden let’s make it happen and sign !
