Enforce eviction notice to remove Mr Anthony Williams from Sidmouth Parade, Sidmouth Road

Over the past three years, Mr. Williams has displayed a pattern of abusive and dangerous behaviour towards members of our community. Despite several reports made to the authorities, the issue remains unresolved and continues to pose a threat to the safety and well-being of all residents in the area.

Mr. Williams has a history of confrontational incidents, including an attempt to forcibly enter a local female's residence by breaking down her door, and attacking a 70 year old woman on Sidmouth Road. These acts of violence had the potential to cause serious harm or death. Despite the cautionary measures taken by the authorities, we remain concerned for the safety of our residents.
Mr. Williams has also engaged in ongoing verbal abuse and threatening behaviour, damaged property, and is associated with drug addicts and dealers, resulting in his residence and the surrounding area being used for drug-related criminal activity. The unsanitary conditions created by unknown drug users sleeping and urinating around the residence are further unacceptable. We are gravely concerned about the situation and believe immediate action should be taken.
It is our belief that Mr. Anthony Williams presents a serious risk to residents in the area. Based on his pattern of behaviour and disregard for the safety and well-being of others, We believe it is imperative that he be promptly evicted from his current residence.
Despite repeated complaints from various local residents and a legal eviction notice, Mr. Williams has yet to be removed from the premises. Given the growing concerns for our safety and well-being, we strongly urge that immediate action be taken to ensure the removal of Mr. Williams from the area. By bringing this matter to your attention, we hope to initiate the necessary steps to guarantee the safety and security of all residents in the community.
