I am a witness to the destructive effects of online harassment and swatting forced upon innocent individuals. Everyday people, both adults and children, who embrace a simple passion for sharing content on YouTube, are subjected to unjust treatment. These victims simply desire to live their lives and manage their content in peace, but are instead trapped in a constant fear due to internet groups exploiting their personal information.

Internet-related crimes have seen a sharp increase over recent years. According to statistics provided by The Federal Communications Commission, online harassment complaints have risen by 30% in the past year alone. Misusing the 911 service by means of swatting - deceiving an emergency service into dispatching response - is not only dangerous to the victims, but also to the responding officers and everyone in the vicinity.

This ceaseless form of harassment is not only destructive but also undermines the security of our communities and erodes the peace we all deserve in our private lives. Therefore, we demand that our legislative bodies enact strict laws against these reprehensible activities and ensure that those who engage in this activity face severe consequences.

The Shine Bright C0mmun17y, hosted by Zack Max YT, is the subject of an online harassment campaign that started in 2017. His victims are afraid that they are in danger and that their wellbeing is in jeopardy just because they are on YouTube. I personally know that they're afraid of what's going to happen to them, and that they can't live their lives in peace because they have to constantly be looking over their shoulder. The victims of this harassment campaign range in age from their early twenties to their early teens. They include both adults and minors. Both Zack Max and the members of his community still have their YouTube channels up and running. They are clearly getting away with this behind the scenes. The victims have been subjected to calls from their local authority departments, not just for doing their YouTube channels the way they want to, but also for trying to defend themselves. They have repeatedly asked Zack Max to stop his harassment campaign. They've pleaded and begged him to stop, but they've been met with nothing but his continued behavior. This has escalated to the point where stalkers have been sent to the victims.

It is high time that individuals are given control over their content without the looming threat of internet-related crimes.
