The Issue

For the past six years, the Haitian community have endured harassment and defamation perpetuated by Rachelle Nadiege Rachel Belizaire, also known as Sankan. This individual has been bullying people online, causing significant harm to families and children in our community. Her actions have included creating false records to tarnish the reputations of many, including innocent children, and even lying about her qualifications, such as falsely claiming to be a nurse. It is important to note that the behavior in question goes beyond simple bullying; many of the actions being carried out are indeed criminal. For example, the individual is falsely claiming to be a nurse and offered medical advice. She also made threats to harm individuals and their families. She insulted immigrants by using derogatory language, referring to them in a dehumanizing manner.

Additionally, she may be falsifying legal documents such as arrest records and using information from family sources to access private information, which she then uses as a weapon against others. This situation has inflicted deep emotional and psychological distress on her victims and their loved ones. The spread of misinformation and targeted harassment must be halted to protect the integrity and wellbeing of our community. It is imperative that the authorities in the United States address this issue proactively to prevent further harm.

We call upon local law enforcement and relevant authorities to investigate these claims, bring accountability, and implement necessary measures to stop the bullying and deceitful practices orchestrated by Rachelle Nadeige Belizaire. Families should not live in fear of online defamation and harassment.

Bullying is not allowed on the Facebook platform. Unfortunately, some individuals, like Rachelle, misuse their accounts @ShellSakan/ @Sankanpiredpifo/Sankanlolo/ lafosshellsquad to bully others every day. This behavior is harmful and should not be tolerated. Rachelle specifically targets immigrant children and their families, which can cause significant emotional distress. It is important for everyone to treat each other with respect and kindness, both online and offline. This means we need to think carefully about our words and actions, ensuring they do not hurt others. By promoting a supportive environment, we can help everyone feel safe and valued. When we stand together against bullying, we contribute to creating a more positive and friendly community for all.

By signing this petition, you are supporting the call for immediate action to ensure the safety and peace of mind for all families. We urge the authorities and Meta Platform to take decisive action and safeguard our community from further harassment and fraudulent activities. Sign and share this petition to demand justice and end the cycle of online bullying and deceit. Together, we can create a safer, more positive environment for everyone.
