End Workplace Harassment – Hold Univo Education Accountable

End Workplace Harassment – Hold Univo Education Accountable
The Issue
This is the story of a woman employed at UNIVO Education—a reputable institution that prides itself on integrity and transparency. However, her experience was far from ethical. She was wrongfully terminated for allegedly breaching the company's Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP). The reality of the matter is far more disheartening; She was coerced and pressured into situations dictated by those in powerful positions, namely Mr. Kunal Chauhan and Univo management.
She was also targeted with taunts like "Madam Mughal's chale gye" and mockery of her religion as she was a Muslim. These actions were deeply painful, discriminatory, and against the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India.
Under constant duress and mental harassment, She found herself trapped in an environment that was not only hostile but also manipulative. The pressure was immense, and She was forced into decisions and actions beyond my control. When it came to light, she was used as a scapegoat. Those truly responsible for the toxic culture—protected by higher management, including CEO Mr. Sidharth—escaped accountability. Her termination was not just unjust; it was a direct result of a deeply flawed system that shields the powerful while silencing the vulnerable.
This is not just for her but for every employee who has ever been silenced, scapegoated, or punished for trying to do the right thing. We demand accountability from UNIVO Education's management. The leadership must address the toxic culture, ensure fair treatment for all employees, and reinstate me with proper compensation for the undue stress and hardship I’ve endured.
I urge you to support this cause to bring justice not only for that woman but to ensure that UNIVO Education adopts fair and just policies that protect all employees. Sign this petition to stand against coercion, mental harassment, and wrongful termination. Let's ensure that integrity and justice prevail.
