Residents of 20 Samuel Wood Way, Toronto, ON, M9B 0C8 are facing an unexpected financial burden. With rent costing upwards of $2400 per month, the management has now proposed a new charge - $3 per hour for visitor parking. Shockingly, the building's management failed to give tenants reasonable notice, informing us of this new policy less than 2 days before its enforcement. The building managers have remained unresponsive to residents' complaints. Imposing such charges without considering residents’ feedback is blatantly unfair. Visitor parking fees discourage friends and family from visiting, thereby negatively affecting the social life of residents. It's essential for the creation of a community environment that visitor parking remains free of charge or to give tenants a visitor pass for their guests.
