Exposing Systemic Abuse, Harassment, and Reckless False Claims

I am sharing this update to document the ongoing, systematic abuse I have endured, which has directly harmed my parental rights and the well-being of my children. My experience is not unique and reflects a pattern in family courts where truth, evidence, and first-hand testimony are dismissed in favor of unverified narratives, procedural manipulation, and harassment.

1. False Arrests and Misrepresentation

Opposing parties have repeatedly cited arrests or legal actions against me as if they prove wrongdoing. These claims are entirely false and legally irrelevant. There are no charges, convictions, or judgments against me or my family. Arrests that were dropped or unsubstantiated cannot be interpreted as guilt, and using them to discredit me is misleading and harmful. 

My employment and personal history have also been misrepresented, including false claims that I am a “waitress,” which is untrue for over a decade. Attacks about a vehicle that a long time family friend helped with, attacks about unfitness that hasn't been applied to me. These attacks are weaponized to undermine credibility and are irrelevant to my ability to parent responsibly. This shows the dangers of 3rd party hearsay as its in direct opposition to the factual documented truths. When hearsay is constructed to be used as truth it strips the rights our United States Constitution is ment to protect our life, liberty, and property. 

2. Reckless Reliance on Third-Party Hearsay

Public and private actors, including court-appointed individuals, have repeatedly relied on unverified third-party statements while dismissing my first-hand, documented testimony. Only first-hand witnesses can accurately describe a parent’s daily care, behavior, and relationship with their children. Third-party statements lack factual context and have been weaponized to manipulate outcomes against me.

3. Fraudulent Procedural Actions

Court entries have falsely labeled me a “fugitive” or in default without proper service or jurisdiction. I have been coerced to sign agreements to regain access to my children, yet access was still blocked, illustrating the procedural manipulation used to obstruct my parental rights.

4. Attacks on My Petition and Professionalism

My petition has been targeted through mischaracterizations, false claims, and reckless narratives, even while I maintain professionalism, provide verified documentation, and communicate clearly. The harassment is deliberate, persistent, and designed to intimidate and undermine me.

5. Claims of Being “Unfit” Without Evidence

Opposing actors claimed I am “unfit” for parenting because I sought the opinion of an independent psychologist rather than their weaponized system-appointed psychologist. No evidence supports these claims. These attacks are entirely fabricated and have been used to block or limit my relationship with my children for two years ongoing. It will be close to a decade before my children age out of this abusive system. 

6. Harassment Related to Supporting My Children

I have been blocked from sending my children gifts, letters, or messages of love, even during holidays. Private actors on AppClose explicitly said my father could bring gifts to my children, yet when he arrived, he was threatened with law enforcement. This demonstrates deliberate harassment and intimidation, even when actions are lawful and previously approved. I have been told that sending letters of love is “dangerous and secret,” a deliberate attempt to criminalize normal parenting and communication.

Reckless claims were also made that I had a two-year restraining order, yet no such order was ever enforced. These fraudulent attempts by GAL Burgess were successfully challenged and shut down by court-appointed counsel, demonstrating the reckless and abusive tactics used against me.

7. Systemic Abuse of Authority

These cumulative actions demonstrate a pattern of systemic abuse. Authorities ignore due process and procedural safeguards, allow unverified or false claims to override documented evidence, deny access to effective legal counsel, and weaponize administrative processes to intimidate, coerce, and suppress factual testimony.

8. Impact on My Children and Parental Rights

The combination of false narratives, procedural abuse, coercion, harassment, and obstruction has directly disrupted my relationship with my children. My ability to protect, care for, and maintain contact with them has been deliberately blocked, despite my professionalism, documentation, and lawful conduct.

9. Moving Forward

I will continue to document abuses, expose false claims, and assert the credibility of first-hand evidence over hearsay or procedural manipulation. This petition seeks public awareness of systemic abuse in family courts, accountability for reckless actions and procedural misconduct, and protection of parental rights and the best interests of children.

I share this to defend my family and to support other parents and caregivers who have faced similar unjust treatment, harassment, and systemic abuse. Truth, evidence, and professional integrity must be recognized even when the system fails.
