Are there any real courts of law in America?
"Are there any courts of law in America? I'm really genuinely needing someone to answer this question. I woke up a few times this morning with the direct knowledge of "there's nothing I did or said in any court of law to have my children taken from me!" The Pittsylvania County j&d relations district court used lies from a few individuals who don't like me and never have and friends of the lawyer in a robe who goes by Honorable Pamela Melissa Pagans Keen.
The reason I ask this very serious question is because I've been through a range of emotions throughout these two years of the theft and total alienation of my once close full-time daughters. From I've failed them, to loss after loss, to I deserve this, to how can this be done to us in a supposed 1st world free Country with rights and freedoms, and to now the truth of the matter it wasn't done by any actual law in America. My daughters who were 10 1/2 years old and 8 years old at the time of theft. They are now 12 1/2 and 10 years old.
All I've seen is the lower little County and City courts don't go on evidence they go on strictly business to make money. It's all a business deal, and the more money they make for their district and state the higher they are paid and exalted. They steal children on he said she said and what their friends want then they make what they call orders to keep their victims stuck for decades trapped in a money pay to play and pay to maintain some semblance of normal life. They make fraudulent malicious rulings, orders, and warrants to keep ungodly power over their victims and defenseless children and keep the money flowing in.
When clerks and lawyers are laughing saying this is a court of no record and the higher courts are saying to have an appeal you need the record what's the fix there?
They didn't want evidence to do theft, but I have evidence on multiple judges, lawyers, and other government agents, and deputies. So what to actually do to take down the real criminals?? Complaints don't work, oversight isn't handling it, and the higher courts will let me file then dismiss. What's to be done when there's nothing else humanly possible I can do?
The ones who hold my children from me harassment never ends, the malicious biased Pittsylvania County officials have made their stance very clear as they issue viod warrants, and no one wants to touch it unless I lie and say what they want me to say.. "I will never lie for them, I will never pretend I've done something I haven't, and I will never pretend I have something mentally wrong with me just to make them happy!!!
What's being done in these so called courts is the most sickening thing I've ever witnessed 1st hand in my entire life! With all of the people I've met through this man made hell it is is the same for them!
I believe this is a question all of us targeted children, moms, dads, grandparents, and other relatives have asked. None of the individuals having this done to us deserve it and change is coming as this systemic abuse cannot last forever! This too shall pass!"
