On July 8, 2024 my children were temporarily removed from my full time care on 3rd party hearsay. My oldest was 10 1/2 years old (now 12) my youngest was a few days away from 8 years old (now almost 10).
On October 28, 2024 my children were permanently taken on 3rd party hearsay. All can clearly see the court actors and all can clearly see I had no counsel to protect my children's and my rights! The opposing counsel Claudette Suzanne Robertson (who the next year was awarded a judge position in that same j&d lower court) went into the judge's chamber with my (at the time) 10 1/2 year old child who wanted to testify on the stand but was denied that right by judge Pamela Melissa Pagans Keen.
Opposing counsel Robertson also lied under oath as an officer of the court stating a false unsubstantiated allegation of me stalking her. She was later questioned by Michael Simmons who was with Virginia Legal Aid in which he got her confession with documented proof she just "only believes I was at her home." This goes to prove the insanity of court actors theatrical performances.
Robertson used her verbal stalking lie to cover up her clients positive drug results that she read in open court. Both biological father and stepmom tested positive for THC. The stepmom tested positive for cocaine.
I comprehend that THC is legal in Virginia, but cocaine is not! My children are documented in CPS/DSS reports describing the glass drug pipes used in their presence in both the vehicle and home in which they were placed by the court actors!
The public actors have harassed my life with their 3rd party hearsay and fraudulent viod docket now for two years. I haven't been allowed any meaningful contact with my children in two years. The private actors have harassed, taunted, and mocked me the entire time as I have all of this in evidence that keeps building.
The private actors have also started a smear petition to further mock what they have truly done to my children, family, and myself. The collusion ring in Pittsylvania County VA needs to end! This has all be retaliation due to documented child abuse on my two children by the biological father in 2023.
Investigator Motley authenticated his abuse in 2023. Judge Brian Turpin dismissed the abuse case saying "he doesn't have time to listen to the abuse audio" the court appointed GAL for that case who didn't protect my children was Greg Casker. Casker was later put on the 2024 false CHINS petition filed by GAL Jessica Ashleigh Burgess filed on my proven (by a certified doctor) healthy child no distress! Both of my children were noted as healthy by their certified doctor.
This has gone on for two years now with more false docket listings. Enough is enough it's time for true justice to prevail!
