I filed in the Supreme Court of Virginia to have my rights enforced and to have a complete review of all judicial errors done to my children and I in juvenile&Domestic district court, general district court, and Circuit Court in Pittsylvania County Virginia by public and private actors Judge Melissa Pagans Keen, opposing counsel Claudette Suzanne Robertson, GAL Jessica Ashleigh Burgess, DSS Brian Cassidy/ cps Lindsay Mallot. The Supreme Court sent my appeal with all documents I sent in to the Virginia court of Appeal. I've just now placed my appeal with e-file into record. Upon me sending notice to the other party as required by legal setps I was immediately harassed. I was accused of trying to intimidate the opposing party and other false claims.

How is a biological mother and citizen enforcing my legal rights ment and interpreted as intimidation? How is it in the best interests of children to harass any biological parent seeking legal remedy? This is the on going abuse of a totally alienated mother. My children’s illegal removal and the illegal destruction of my family happened July 8, 2024 - ongoing as of January 2026. I pray this abuse to my children, family, myself, and all victims of family court fraud soon have the might victory over this corruption!
