I filed my complaint for a jury trial April 19, 2025 to take the biological dad to court for the perjury done in so called family court in Pittsylvania County Virginia Chatham VA. I sited to VA bill of rights VA law codes and our United States Constitution. Judge Monroe smiled as she said she's dismissing my right to a jury trial "with prejudice"  she said the court counts my claim as true but she's dismissed it anyways May 30, 2025. I have an audio of the court clerks refusing the judge's facts and conclusions of law.  Pittsylvania county VA courthouse does not uphold our United States Constitution. It's my job as a mother to never give up on and for my children! It's also my job as a citizen of the USA to uphold our Constitution!
