More court funded abuse that all of our tax dollars go towards. I got to speak with my daughters that were taken from my full time care where they thrived. Medical and school records, friends, family, and community are proof of them thriving. My daughters were removed by lies, corruption, and collusion in juvenile & Domestic Relations District court on July 8, 2024 - the last time I've seen my daughters was September 29, 2024. 

We've been using appclose since 2023 when I reported the dads abuse on my daughters. The investigator with the Chatham police departments report said she was appalled and would have contacted CPS, but I had informed her that I already did contact them (that was before I learned of the corruption and knew about the title D4 funding). 

December 20, 2024 I get to speak with my daughters for 28 minutes over the phone ( my court granted one phone call a week). The dad says it's ok for my dad (my daughters grandfather) to bring some of my daughters Christmas presents and to see his granddaughters. My daughters presents included homemade by me crocheted hats and scarfs, photo albums, stickers, candy, $5.00 a piece, the rest of the yarn with started project and new crochet hooks so they can practice, and a pair a piece of sterling silver earrings that they asked for, plus my youngest daughters baby elf. 

Appclose is a court ordered court run app. Everything on appclose is documented. We received the go ahead and invite for a grandfather to see his granddaughters. The stepmom cussed my dad out, throws him off of their property, then says he is trespassing. 

I was shaking Luke a leaf, but I called the non emergency in Chatham Virginia Pittsylvania County Virginia on my dad's behalf. My dad didn't do anything wrong. The dad of my daughters said on appclose on December 20, 2024 that he can come down to their home on December 21, 2024. My dad did just that. He knocked, heard come in, set Christmas presents on coffee table, got cussed out, thrown out by stepmom, and he left without saying a word. 

I got harassed and threatened on the appclose court app with the dad fixing a screen shot to fit his narrative to say my dad did a crime. I took screen shot of the whole dad's text not fixing it but showing the invitation. I was proactive and called the non emergency on my dad's behalf even though I was shaking like a leaf. 

The non emergency in Chatham Virginia Pittsylvania County Virginia let me know what was said when the dad and stepmom called the police. Non emergency let me know anyone can file a charge against anyone they want to. Non emergency informed me to keep all evidence and bring it to court if they file. 

Forced Parental Alienation and deprivation of a loving parent is infact child abuse! Who's ever heard of bringing wonderful from the heart Christmas presents as being a crime. All of this is funded and provided by the corruption, collusion, and injustice in secret private family court. 

I'm at a loss for words and at the same time not surprised at all as this abuse has been happening since September of 2021 by the same perpetrators. END CORRUPTION AND ABUSE IN FAMILY COURT.
