I was finally able to obtain a lawyer to help me fight for my daughters! He is the best one I've met with thus far. I'm hopeful he will straighten out all of the abuse, false allegations, and bias that occurred during every hearing of my year-long court battle in the fight for my daughters. I was railroaded in every court hearing this year, along with being turned away for help from the abuse last year! I was arrested this year for calling the police and asking for help, and to have my custody and visitation court order inforced.

My battle began in January 2024 when the dad filed a false alienation custody visitation case and to lower child support in which many falsehoods and all-out blatant lies were allowed to run rampant in Pittsylvania County juvenile and domestic district court by the judge. The dad was allowed to break the order multiple times yet I was treated less than a second class citizen in the courtroom they even referred to me as "that woman".

I was reduced to one phone call a week. The dad gets to continue his emotional abuse against me enabled by the court to end our phone calls whenever he wants to. This further separates and alienates my daughters from me their own mother. The last phone call I was only allowed 1 minute and 51 seconds to speak with my daughters. We were fortunate enough to tell eachother how much we love and miss one another! 

I still haven't been allowed to see my daughters since September 29, 2024. I've crocheted my daughters cute hat and scarf sets, packed them gifts, and photo albums for Christmas. The dad wouldn't let my dad our daughters grandpa bring them their gifts. It is heartbreaking that my daughters and I were forced to miss trick or treat together, Thanksgiving, we'll  also miss Christmas, new years, my oldest daughter's 11th birthday, Saint Valentines day, and my birthday. This is the first of everything we've not been together as our loving family of three. I don't wish this agony and deprivation on anyone! Forced alienation is child abuse!

This type of abuse should never be allowed to happen to anyone man or woman mother nor father! Courts all over the world need reform and or to be done away with all together dealing with children. No lawyers nor judges should have the power to use mob rule to defamate, slander, abuse with emotional, mental, and psychological torture of an innocent mother or father! Yet they do just that and they are protected under the color of law! Enough is enough!

I've filed yet again with the Virginia state bar on the corruption done to my daughters and I by the dads attorney and the GAL  I will have to wait and see if the Virginia State Bar will actually do an investigation this time. Everything I've filed so far (with evidence included) has not been taking seriously and has been swept under the rug allowing the perpetrators to get away with their crimes.
