This is the details of my case fighting for my daughters since January 2024. My daughters were taken on July 8 2024. They took my every other weekend visitation and gave me only 1 phone call a week. I've still not seen my daughters since September 29 2024. I've only been allowed two phone calls totaling 23mins of talking time altogether with my daughters. 

I have two daughters. I've been their full time mother and caregiver their whole lives 10 1/2 years. this year the father filed in January wanting to lower child support and to have 50/50 custody. I was fine with lowering child support as I work and earn money myself. I would have had to face the reality of 50/50 as well as our children are 8years old and almost 11years old. 

the father stated a false claim of paternal alienation then produced a fake suicide letter claiming our 10 1/2 year old to be suicidal bc of me. 

him his wife his attorney the GAL and the judge all colluded and lied on me. called me crazy, stalker, delusional, paranoid, and claimed I attacked people. the GAL wrote in her court report that I was going to murder my own children. there was no substantiated evidence of any of that crazy inhumane hearsay. 

I had evidence of my daughters being healthy, excelling in school, and socially. I had evidence of me being nothing but a hard working devoted mother that worked full time as well as homeschooled and was active in our community. all of my evidence was ignored and the legal ppl him and his wife constantly called me a liar. 

no lawyers would take my case the plaintiffs side and gal tried to put me in jail several times and failed. the GAL tried to put a two year restraining order against me on my own daughters. they continued to put injunctive orders against me. 

I've since lost my daughters to the father with no contact except for 1 phone call a week that the father can hang up at anytime per his convenience. the judge blocked me from any health and school records of my daughters. 

the father is my DV abuser. we were together for 10 years and have been separate for 4 in the 4 years separated I had full physical custody up until they took my daughters this year. the father also abused our daughters. I have substantiated evidence of his abuse. I called the non emergency police for help. now they Deputy is trying to have me in jail for a year on the 18th of Nov claiming I called and made a false report and interfered with police. 

 *update*(They rescheduled that case without informing me until January 13 2025 just 10 days after my oldest daughter's11th birthday) Court appointed lawyer still hasn't returned my two phone calls to help defend me in that false charge! This false charge has ended my job which has hurt my livelihood!

This is the biggest nightmare of my life. I've lost my daughters my money my good name my job. I have been very broken from all of this trauma. 

This all occurred in Chatham Virginia Pittsylvania County Virginia
