"The Court Abuse Set Up By Design"
"Not A Foreign Enemy, But Domestic Terrorists On Home Soil"
The lawyer Greg Casker ( Chatham VA) conned me into bringing my children to court on July 8, 2024. He said he's the lawyer that is representing my oldest child (10 1/2 years old at the time) in the lawyer galJessica Ashleigh Burgess (Chatham VA) false CHINS ( child in need of services) a false claim she filed on my healthy child ( my children had just had their wellness check with their Dr. Everyone and thing was perfectly fine)! That false claim was never investigated by police nor any other agency it was just her game agenda for fraud family so called court.
Burgess also put forth a false allegation stating from hearsay of an estranged mentally ill individual that I was going to do murder to my own young (claims I'm a hypothetical murderer)! Upon that evil twisted lie Burgess tried to put a 2 year restraining order against me to not see my own children. The Pittsylvania county VA sheriff’s hunted me so badly I had to seek refuge at a woman's shelter out of town (they graciously sent a court support person with me for the false 2 year restraining order trial date Burgess narrative)!
Upon arriving that day ( July 8, 2024) I had no lawyer on my side representing me. Acting judge Melissa Pagans Keen forced me to represent myself against my rights ( against the VA Bill of Rights and the United States Constitution) she used threats of holding me in contempt and throwing me into jail! When I was forced on the stand she mocked and laughed calling me a liar. I replied to her Romans 3:4 and she laughed and asked me if I was calling her a liar! I replied again Romans 3:4 " God forbid yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged." She found that to be funny. She also became worried asking me if I had secretly recorded the domestic terrorism she and her other court aggressors did to my children and I that day! Part of their narrative was claiming I made secret recordings!
The opposing counsel Claudette Suzanne Robertson ( Danville VA) ( she was upgraded for her terrorism to being a judge in 2025 in Danville VA) she yelled and became dramatic taunting me saying I made my children want to kill themselves ( my children never was like that in my full time care from January 3, 2014- July 8, 2024 (the day they illegally took my children from me against the VA Bill of Rights and the United States Constitution). Robertson also stood up and read her clients positive drug results (THC and Cocaine) and while doing so decided to throw in a false allegation against me claiming I stalked her at her house. She lied of course and claimed she had evidence of this yet she never produced it nor did her false allegations need to be investigated!
Brian Cassidy with Pittsylvania county DSS also admitted he colluded with the court and private actors as he forged false paperwork claiming ( mother needs maltreatment) again none of their false claims and allegations needed to be investigated they were just taken as true without any evidence nor any first hand witnesses! They just type it they all collude and claim they're right!
The lies were good enough for the Pittsylvania juvenile & Domestic district court to take everything from me that tragic day when evils, abuses, and terrorism ran wild. The court actors/aggressors/domestic terrorists worked with private actors to perpetrate their crimes. The Pittsylvania County VA sheriff’s office also helped them do further terrorism by doing false arrests to me in 2024. They did my very 1st and 2nd false arrest! The 1st they interfered with my parenting time siding with the private actors and their counsel by knowingly, willingly, and wrongfully concealing my children from me on my pickup time with fake claims of covid ( covid isn't a valid reason in VA to wrongfully hold children from their parent) yet Pittsylvania county allows only illegal activities and terrorism to be perpetrated.
The next false arrest Pittsylvania county carried out was by the judge Keen collusion with the opposing counsel Robertson claiming I criminally broke the order by speaking out against the unconstitutional gag order of their terrorism on me against my children and I.
Upon appealing all of this I was denied a trial to appeal. They claimed it was because I refused to go to their court paid actor psychologist in Wertz VA. I went to one in Danville VA ( I've never had any mental illness and recieved a good report back from the one in Danville) of course that wasn't good enough because it went against their terrorism narrative! I was also then denied my jury trial demand and that judge Monroe smearked and smiled as she said I'm dismissing your jury trial with prejudice! I was forced under duress to sign an order with the hopes of seeing my children again (that all ended with the estranged abusive supervisor after 4 short visits)
I have lived through this and am still cut off from my children I raised full time. I have all of the evidence! All I need is the vessel that wants to take this public! The private actors are also pilling up evidence against themselves as they taunt, mock, and harass me through text, email, and appclose ( the court app). I've been told the reason I don't have my children is because I don't like a step parent and claims of false alienation. "I have always sent my children on every visit 1st, 2nd, 4th weekends of every month and the 3 weeks in the summer!" Yet one lie to say I don't and everything is taken against my rights.
When I the mother had full custody children went with both sides of their family. When other private actors have full custody ( without me ever being deemed to lose my rights/ never have done nor been proved to have done any harm injury or loss to my children) they aren't allowed to have their own biological mother.
This was all specifically set up by design and the court aggressors/court actors/domestic terrorists get paid to do this. The more insane they make/lie and spin a case the more they get paid and rewarded to even higher positions to continue their crimes against humanity! I have 2 50-60 lbs bags of evidence, multiple folders, disks, and recordings of all the was perpetrated July 8, 2024- ongoing.
None of this illegal domestic terrorism should be allowed nor celebrated in this country! This isn't a foreign enemy it's an enemy of our own government on our own home soil! Wake up America 🇺🇸
No no loving safe parent should ever have to go through any evil such as this to try an continue to be what God has blessed them to be!!! No child/children should ever have to go through this twisted hell on earth as they're only told it's their loving safe parent's fault!
God please help all of the victims of this ✝️ my family isn't the only one living through this terrorism by design...
