Our dear friend, Steve, an unyielding advocate for peace and justice, known as SteveOprotest on TikTok, has found himself, along with countless others, on the hard end of the law for merely raising his voice against policies he vehemently disagrees with. Steve and many others like him are being charged with felonies for peacefully protesting a genocide that is being funded directly by American taxpayers, causing a painful realization that our hard-earned money might unwillingly be contributing to causing harm to innocent lives. 

According to Amnesty International, in the year 2019-2020 alone, there have been 125 instances of unnecessary or excessive force used against protesters in the U.S. (now Steve also unfortunately has 4 police officers willing to falsely testify against him 😡 wasting tax dollars time and money) 

This alarming trend not just infringes upon the democratic right to protest but represses the voice of dissent altogether. This is a third world dictator style fear tactic hoping to silence the masses!! 

We must advocate for the rights of those who wish to peacefully protest and call upon our government and law enforcement to reassess the treatment of peaceful protesters. We need policies that affirm our fundamental rights, rather than suppressing them. We respectfully urge that the charges against Steve and others like him be dismissed, and their actions be recognized for what they are - expressions of democratic dissent.
