We, the undersigned, believe it is time for the New York Yankees to modernize and abolish their outdated "no beard" policy. This policy not only restricts personal expression but also fails to align with the progressive values of inclusivity and diversity that we strive for in today's society. Additionally we can all agree, as we’ve seen in the past how this policy hurts the team when it comes to signing free agents. It's time for change, it’s time to let players groom their facial hair as they choose, without arbitrary restrictions. Join us in urging the Yankees organization to embrace this change and allow players the freedom to sport beards on the field!
