We, the undersigned residents and commuters, urge the UDOT to implement a double lane in both directions on Highway 59. This highway has experienced a devastating increase in fatalities, putting countless lives at risk every day. Additionally, the current single-lane structure severely lengthens travel times, disrupting daily commutes and delaying emergency response. By adding a double lane in both directions, we can save lives, improve safety, and reduce travel time for all. We call on the department to make this project a top priority without delay.
