How would you feel if one day you woke up and your kids/family was gone forever. This is how the parents of 11,500 children feel right now.

I am just a young child from Canada. I have heard of the war between Israel and Palestine and am now deciding to do something about it in my country. I have heard Canada is sending money to Israel supporting them through this genocide and I am fed up with my government. I am disappointed in the way my countries government is being run and have decided to stand up to it. This petition is for Canada to stop sending money to Israel. There have been children younger and older than me being killed. CHILDREN. These children have no reason to be killed. There is no reason for this genocide and so I am trying to raise awareness of what is happening. I am from a small town and no one here wants to listen so I'm hoping all of you will. 

We as Canadians are impacted by the money being sent to Israel. If all of this keeps up and we get WWIII and Canada is on Israel's side, that means something is fucking wrong. I as a Canadian do not want to be on the wrong side of history. I want to be on the side that stops this genocide, not the side that supports it. 

If we don't act now this could get worse. There are about 11,500 RECORDED deaths in just children. This number is far too high. Even 1 would be too high. We need to act now before more children are lost. For those of you who are LGBTQ+ (Saying this as someone who is part of the community) if you think that not helping Palestine because they are a homophobic country, that's fucked up. You practically supporting a genocide and that doesn't look good for the community first of all and also YOU ARE SUPPORTING A GENOCIDE?!
