

Hi how's it going? I have been yo- yo dieting for 4 years or more. This is me at uni in Maggie's having a drink and laugh with a friend. Now is the right time for change. I am doing the 75 hard challenge which is exercise everyday twice a day, you can choose any diet you like, cut out alcohol and no junk food. A girl lasted 38 days and lost 20LB!! So I am going to see how long I am go. It can be a walk and run a day or gym session any exercise you want and you need to keep it up for 75 days which is 2 and a half months. When I bust I will switch to the 75 soft challenge which is exercise once a day 6 times a week then one rest day. One glass of wine occasionaly and no junk food plus diet of your choice. My aim is to loose 3 stone!!!
Which is a lot I know. Okay it is the 3rd of August, Tomorrow is the starting day!! 4/08 Start the challenge today get fit and get healthy for life!!
75 hard challenge lets get it!!! I will start at puregym. Build in 2 and 3 miles run and try to run most of the way. Scared but looking forward to the change.
