One of the most important issues with Chronic Fatigue is leaky gut syndrome due to chemicals going into your blood stream and circulating the bloodstream. You have to choose the right diet and nutrition to improve recovery and get healthier much quicker. Nutrionalists advised me to cut out chocolate, coffee and alcohol and stick to a healthy diet eliminating junk food and additives which could upset the stomach.
