Dear Supporters, 

Allianz TIO this week attempted, by filing a false police report (filed 2 months prior), a police filing that had no substance - the police saw through it and refused to be used by Allianz TIO - but Allianz TIO in their attempt to bully and silence Joshua notified Joshua that they had made such a police report; and Allianz TIO used it to threaten and intimidate Joshua; they also threatened Joshua’s safety with private security. 

Given the severe spinal disability and debilitating PTSD Joshua lives with; this is a blatant attempt to silence Joshua through aggression. An attempt that well could endanger Joshua’s life. 

This was a horrible attempt by an insurance business to silence Joshua. Allianz TIO’s awful practices are being raised by Joshua Clements. Thousands on the scheme suffer agonisingly because of Allianz TIO’s gross incompetence. We will NOT be silenced.

We will be the voice of those who cannot stand-up for themselves. We have countless testimonies outlining all the wrongdoing and illegal acts of the Allianz TIO. 

The police have already laughed at the report filed by Allianz TIO; we have filed a police report of our own, detailing how this has been an attempt by Allianz to weaponise the police against Joshua Clements and use them, along with private security, to intimidate Joshua Clements. We will NOT be intimidated. 

Allianz TIO have also illegally shared the private details of Joshua Clements with their parent company; even though this is expressly forbidden, in the legislation and has been addressed by the MAC Commissioner, William Oliver, himself. See below: 

I note your concerns that TIO could inappropriately share information in respect of your claims with Allianz’s other
business units/entities, particularly given your understanding that Allianz is the insurer of the bus involved in the crash.
The MAC Commission has a number of controls to ensure that TIO uses MAC Scheme claims information in a lawful
manner, including that the claims management system TIO uses to manage NT MAC Scheme claims is a bespoke
system that is not used by any other Allianz entities. System access user reviews, which ensure that only authorised
personnel access it, are undertaken regularly and are independently audited. These controls are similar to those utilised
in outsourced claims management arrangements in other jurisdictions. In addition, MACC has directed TIO to implement
its highest level of privacy protocols to your claims, ensuring that only a small number of key personnel have access to
your claims information.

Willian Oliver should resign over this horrendous breach in identity security alongside the threats made to Joshua Clements.

William Oliver also refused over two years ago the very reasonable request that an independent account manager be put on Joshua’s case given Allianz (parent company) are the insurer of the company that illegally/criminally caused the fatal bus crash that Joshua received life change injuries from. Given we are brining a civil suit against Allianz, the parent company, we found it a clear conflict of interest. William Oliver LIED. He said there existed no communication between the two but we now have factual evidence that Travis Baxby discussed Joshua Clements with Allianz (Parent company; this was illegal and a serious breach of Joshua’s civil and identity rights). 

We will be filing a civil suit over this breach in the legislation and the threats made to Joshua. 

Further, these acts are revenge by Travis Saxby. Travis was described by a participant on the scheme as an “an incompetent child” due to his constant abuse of participants, ‘hostages’ , of the scheme, mismanagement or Trojan-Horse of failure in an attempt to get people to give up on their rights and life. Allianz have one goal to remove people from the scheme. But this government scheme only exists due to those who suffer pain and injury on NT roads. Allianz have stolen their right to sue and use us, real people, suffering, as walking meat money bags. People to deny care too.

We have called on Travis Saxby to resign. Travis responsible for causing participants of the scheme to s*lf-h*rm and attempt s******. Alongside causing many to give up on life. He is responsible for having stolen lives by refusing treatment. Travis Saxby, William Oliver and the Allianz TIO have blood on their hands. 

We are pursuing all legal, political, social and media routes to ending the TIO Scheme and releasing the hostages on it.
