One year ago my homecare contract was arranged for me by ICBC with Home Care Assistance Victoria. Six weeks later in a Wednesday late afternoon text message to my occupational therapist, Lutgarda Mariano owner of Home Care Assistance Victoria terminated my service effective the following Sunday.  

This unethical company continues to operate and advertise on local TV featuring former employees in her ads. 

Without government regulation and oversight company owners like Lutgarda Mariano will continue to prey on an unsuspecting public.
