The unsuspecting public is being deliberately mislead by slick TV advertising produced and broadcast on local media, in this case Victoria's CHEK 6 TV. 

The woman featured in this syrupy sweet advertisement is Lutgarda Mariano, the same company owner who cut off my homecare, with only two business days notice, via text message to my occupational therapist. 

Lutgarda Mariano is why a full government review and regulation of the private for profit in-home care industry is desperately needed!!
