Statistics reveal an alarming reality: according to the Jockey Club's Equine Injury Database, nearly 10 horses a week, on average, died at American racetracks in 2018 (source: Paulick Report). This is not merely the toll of a sport; this is cruelty and inhumanity that we cannot continue to turn a blind eye to.

Speed is not more important than life. The culture has to change, and implemented policies must reflect that. Let's work towards creating a safer, more humane, racing environment for these beautiful animals.
