In October 2020, Pablo Velez Jr”s writ of habeas corpus that introduced new evidence of his innocence, and further implicated Ron Strandberg III and Richard “Shorty” Cisneros Jr. for the murder of 17-year-old Emerson Bojorquez, was denied without written order by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.  They completely ignored the evidence, and did not even take the time to explain their decision.  Sadly, this court ignores truth and justice every day.  This Spring, Pablo will face his first parole review.  Because he was convicted of murder and refuses to admit guilt, he is facing an uphill battle to get back home to his family.  The one person who could bring him home is Harris County DA Kim Ogg.  Please share this petition so that people will sign it and an email will be sent to Kim Ogg about his case.  FREE PABLO!!!
