Responding to acknowledge receipt, and I can provide an update that the County understands this to be an important issue and we currently have a couple of animal care items that we are working on, planning for the future of animal shelter/spay and neuter services and revising our ordinance regarding nuisance animal behaviors.
Personally, our family has an adopted cat from a community cats program, and we very much appreciate the subsidized and free spay/neuter programs.
