Animals used for testing are being kept in horrific conditions at Convance Biomedical Research Facilities all over the world. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals filmed monkeys being abused at Convance Labs in 2014, and wrote a scathing expose on the blatant inhumane treatment of the animals used in clinical trials by Convance lab workers. More recently, Beagles being bred exclusively for product testing for medicines like Viagra and Botox, have been shown in drone footage taken by the group Shark, and can be viewed by accessing YouTube.com. In the footage, hundreds of Beagles can be seen frantically barking in overcrowded cages, eating excrement, fighting for territory and exhibiting stress induced behaviors like pacing and walking in circles.

We need to send a strong message to the CEO of LabCorps and owner of Convance Labs, David King, that the inexcusable treatment of innocent animals in his labs has to stop! We can't allow this billion dollar company to keep Beagles in severely overcrowded, unsafe and unsanitary conditions! The past and current documentation showing animals being badly mistreated at Convance Lab facilities prove unethical procedures are being done to animals and the subpar living conditions of the dogs kenneled there. They are also violating the Animal Welfare Act, which unfortunately is not being enforced by the Department of Agriculture in this case.

By signing this petition, you can send a loud message that there's no justification for mistreating lab animals. Regardless if an animal is being used for breeding, or is subjected to cruel vivisection, Convance Labs needs to provide the best of care for every individual animal living there. We need to let David King know that his labs cannot continue to neglect and abuse animals that are forced against their will into being test subjects, without experiencing serious repercussions from the public.
