RE: SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE ON THE ONTOLOGICAL INCONSISTENCY OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW WITH NATIONAL DOCTRINE.

 
I. STATEMENT OF SUPPLEMENTAL ARGUMENT

This Memorandum supplements my previous inquiry regarding the legitimacy of Intellectual Property (IP) law under the national motto "In God We Trust." I formally move that the Court take Judicial Notice under the principles reflected in Federal Rule of Evidence 201 regarding a fact of common, universal knowledge.

II. THE ADJUDICATIVE FACT OF COMMON KNOWLEDGE

It is a fact of Common Knowledge (as recognized in the history of human civilization and official State doctrine) that "Human beings are instruments in the hands of God."

Universality: This is not a private belief, but a foundational axiom of the majority of the world’s population and the very theological basis upon which the United States was founded.
Official Recognition: The U.S. government officially recognizes this Supreme Creator on all legal tender. By doing so, the State acknowledges a theo-centric reality where God is the Prime Mover and Original Author of all things, including ideas.
III. LEGAL CONSEQUENCE OF DIVINE AUTHORSHIP

As a matter of logic and law, if the State recognizes God as the ultimate Creator, then:

A human "author" or "inventor" is merely a proxy or a biological medium (a tool).
Under the principles of Agency and Property Law, an instrument or a tool cannot hold original title to the fruits of the Principal’s inspiration.
Therefore, any claim of "exclusive ownership" (Copyright or Patent) by a human entity, without a direct deed of transfer from the recognized Supreme Creator, is legally void and constitutes the unauthorized sale of divine property (piracy).
IV. CONCLUSION

To enforce IP laws as they currently stand is to force believers to deny the recognized supremacy of God, effectively mandating secular materialism in violation of the spirit of the First Amendment. I hope for a formal recognition of this inconsistency.
