Firstly thanks for your support, we are making a difference! On Saturday 9 March from 11am to 1pm, campaign groups Level Up and No Births Behind Bars are holding a parents, kids and babies demonstration outside the Royal Courts of Justice to demand an end to prison for pregnant women.

The Royal Courts of Justice is where the Sentencing Council is based. Level Up have been lobbying the Sentencing Council, who provide all guidelines to courts across England and Wales, for a new framework for sentencing women. The campaign is working - the Sentencing Council are currently reviewing new proposals which could bring an end to the imprisonment of pregnant women! The time to shout loudly is now!
