For many children in Palestine, life is a constant struggle. They live under conditions that no child should ever face. Many have died from starvation, their mothers pleading for food to feed them. This is not just a statistic; it's a personal tragedy that touches countless lives every day.

In Palestine, 30% of the population are children who are being deprived of basic necessities such as food, water and electricity due to ongoing conflicts with Israel. This constitutes an egregious violation of human rights and international law.

The United Nations has repeatedly voiced concerns about the dire humanitarian situation in Palestine (UNOCHA). The World Health Organization has also reported on the severe malnutrition affecting Palestinian children (WHO). Yet despite these warnings from international bodies, little action has been taken to alleviate this crisis.

We must urge world leaders and humanitarian organizations to take immediate action. We call upon them to ensure access to basic necessities for all Palestinians, especially children who are bearing the brunt of this crisis.
