End the Covert Torture of Innocent Families by Directed Energy, AI, and Surveillance Technologies

 

My name is Christine Wolking, and I am writing this not just for myself, but for my mother Francine, my children, and the millions of people around the world suffering in silence — misdiagnosed, discredited, and written off as paranoid, when the truth is far more horrifying.

 

For nearly 20 years, we have endured a relentless campaign of technological warfare and psychological torture — carried out by government agencies, defense contractors, and corporate partners using some of the most advanced and invisible weapon systems ever developed.

 

It began with subtle symptoms — ringing in the ears, pressure in the skull, brain fog, fatigue, and confusion. But it escalated into unbearable physical and psychological trauma: stabbing pain to the head, sudden cardiac episodes, full-body tremors, and electric shocks delivered through our own devices. I have felt directed beams enter my skull. I have collapsed from sudden heart palpitations. I have been electrocuted while holding my phone.

 

A few years ago, a drone flew directly over our home and dropped a black, sticky chemical substance that melted a hole through the roof and the wall. We were forced to replace that section of the house. The substance was never tested. Around the same time, six or seven drones flew in coordinated formation directly over our street. Our neighborhood has since been surrounded by strange tower infrastructure, interior wire wrapping along the perimeter, and suspicious activity from waterfront homes—some of which are likely occupied by former government personnel.

 

I have witnessed a plane drop a green powder over the region. I’ve seen waterfront homes flash green and red lights, likely to signal movements or surveillance changes. My social reputation was ruined before I ever spoke to my neighbors. They were told I was crazy. I was discredited before I ever opened my mouth.

My children were affected from an early age. Their emotional regulation, learning capacity, and developmental well-being were all compromised. They witnessed their mother being tortured, degraded, and destroyed from the inside out. They lived through a terrible divorce that I now believe was orchestrated through behavioral manipulation and targeting.

My mother, Francine, now suffers all the same symptoms: unbearable pressure in the skull, cognitive breakdown, dizziness, nausea, black spots in her eyes, overwhelming fatigue, and pain in the bones. She feels the signal hitting her head and ears. It is unmistakable. We are not imagining it.

 

This is not a medical illness. This is technological assault.

 

The world must understand what is happening to us — and to millions of others — right now.

 

These are the technologies being used:

 1. Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs)

Microwave, laser, or sonic weapons capable of delivering energy to the body without physical contact. These weapons can cause pain, burns, organ damage, brain trauma, or psychological manipulation. These systems are in use by the U.S. Department of Defense, DARPA, the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon.

 2. AI-Driven Behavioral Targeting

Predictive surveillance programs that use biometric, facial, voice, and behavioral recognition to target individuals based on patterns, speech, or dissent. These systems are built by and embedded in platforms created by Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Palantir, and the NSA.

 3. Neuro-AI and Remote Neural Monitoring

The decoding and interference of human brainwaves through passive or active scanning systems. These programs are linked to the DARPA BRAIN Initiative, Neuralink, and NIH-coordinated AI-human interface projects.

 4. Electromagnetic Harassment and Frequency Manipulation

Hidden infrastructure in neighborhoods, including disguised towers and internal wiring, deliver low-frequency or high-frequency signals capable of stimulating pain, anxiety, sleep disruption, or neurological breakdown. These systems are protected under weak or captured regulatory bodies such as the FCC and ICNIRP, and hidden behind telecom contracts.

 5. Geoengineering and Chemical Aerosol Spraying

Aerial spraying through drones or aircraft of unknown chemical compounds, nanoparticles, psychological agents, or DNA-altering compounds. These operations are overseen or permitted by the FAA, NASA, NOAA, EPA, and international climate programs.

 6. Digital Sabotage and Identity Control

Constant infiltration of phones, iCloud, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, and Shopify accounts. Emails are rerouted. Files disappear. Apps take control of the microphone. Photos and memories are deleted. Business accounts are hijacked. Purchases are reversed. And financial assets are frozen or vanish. These attacks are ignored by the FTC, DOJ, FCC, Apple, Google, Shopify, and others.

 

These are not isolated incidents. These are coordinated attacks.

 

And here are the institutions responsible:

 • DARPA: experimental weapon systems, AI-human testing, non-consensual trials

 • Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force: directed energy weapon deployment

 • CIA and NSA: behavior modification programs, cyber surveillance, mind interference

 • NASA and FAA: airspace use for surveillance and chemical dispersal

 • FBI and DHS: profiling, predictive targeting, fusion center coordination

 • Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft: device-based AI tracking, remote override systems

 • WHO, UN, ICNIRP: complicity in health cover-ups regarding EMF, radiation, neurotech

 • IRS, SEC, Treasury: financial tracking, surveillance budgets, digital blacklisting

 

This is not science fiction. It is real. It is happening. And it is being denied.

 

We demand the world take this seriously.

 

The petitions are already out there. Thousands of people — maybe millions — have reported these exact same experiences. They are in every country. Many have been institutionalized, jailed, or silenced. Others have lost everything. This cannot be explained away by delusion. The patterns are global. The pain is real. The technology is confirmed.

We demand action.

We demand a global investigation into these crimes. We demand reparations for the victims. We demand a worldwide ban on non-consensual AI-human experimentation, energy weapons, digital mind control, and electromagnetic warfare. We demand the dismantling of hidden infrastructure and global protections for whistleblowers and survivors.

 

We are your neighbors, your teachers, your parents. We are not crazy. We are not criminals. We are not wrong.

 

We are ALL under attack.
