The service is getting worse, the prices are going up and there is no leverage to renegotiate contractual terms as there are no other broadband ISPs covering the area. Verizon has chosen to not compete in our zip codes, meaning the only other choice for residents is DSL or Satellite internet, which are too slow to meet most household's needs at 15-35Mbps (roughly the same speeds as your cell phone).

We demand our Mayors and local councils to take action - bring in new ISPs to allow for a free market and an actual choice between high speed Internet Service Providers.
