Under the US FDA's Current MSM Blood Donation Guidance Gay and Bi-Sexual men must remain celibate for at least three months before they are eligible to donate life-saving blood,  If you attempt to donate blood and do not meet their arbitrary criteria you are banned from donating LIFE-SAVING BLOOD for 3 months. 

Leaving this policy in place ENCOURAGES discrimination and SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED, I URGE YOU to sign this petition, contact your local congressmen and or contact THE FDA and express your disapproval of this policy.
