GIVE THEM LOVE THAT THEY DESERVE 

     Stray animals, particularly in places like Palawan, face numerous challenges, including neglect, abandonment, and the constant threat of inhumane killing. In our society, they are often deemed nuisances rather than sentient beings deserving of compassion and care. This harsh reality has prompted us to initiate this petition, aiming to put an end to the brutal and unnecessary killing of stray dogs.
