This incident not only shattered my faith in equality but also had severe emotional, financial, and psychological consequences for me.

As an individual with melanated skin, I was singled out from every other kiosk in the mall despite performing my duties in the same manner as others. We were all instructed to approach customers similarly, yet I was the only one subjected to discrimination. This personal experience has left me devastated emotionally and financially. It has pushed me into deeper depression while causing significant financial hardship. As someone who aspired to build a legacy for myself and my family, this incident felt like ten steps backward with no support or justice.
