The Issue

Hot Wheels collectors and regular customers in Thrissur are facing a serious and ongoing issue at Lulu Hypermarket, Hilite Mall — staff are allegedly withholding high-demand models and not putting them out for public sale.

This is not a one-time incident. It has been repeatedly observed by multiple independent customers:

The Toyota Supra (Fast & Furious set) was missing entirely during stocking — multiple units never reached the shelves.
The Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R (mainline case) has consistently not been available, while all other cars from the same case were openly sold.
Witnesses have confirmed that during restocking, certain cars were deliberately not placed on the peg boards.
When questioned, staff and supervisors deny any knowledge — despite clear patterns and eyewitness accounts.

This raises serious concerns:

Are staff hoarding stock for themselves? Are these cars being reserved for select buyers? Are they being resold outside at higher prices?

Whatever the case, this is unfair to genuine customers and goes against basic retail ethics.

Customers deserve:

Equal access to all products
Transparent stocking practices
Honest and accountable retail behavior
We are calling on Lulu Hypermarket management to take immediate action:

Ensure all stock is fairly displayed and sold to the public
Monitor and regulate staff during stocking
Investigate these repeated incidents
Take strict action against any misuse of inventory
