Lewis County High School, since COVID has been making students go through unnecessary mental stress by making everyone participate in semester exams, regardless of whether you are a good student or not. While other schools such as Buckhannon-Upshur have dismissed this approach with a smarter one, that works and motivates students to have a higher grade so they don't have to take any sort of final exam. This petition would go to make semester exams and the turmoil that follow OPTIONAL them if you have:

• above an 80 or a B average in the class

With this you would not have to participate in the exams. Seriously, it is unnecessary and stupid to force good and academically prepared students to do a test or exam that has no real purpose.
