Right now, in Texas, schools and their staff can fail, neglect, and even harm our children without facing any real consequences. They hide behind outdated immunity laws that protect them from lawsuits, shielding them from accountability no matter how much they ignore or enable abuse.

This must end. And I need an army of parents, advocates, and fighters to stand with me.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THESE IMMUNITY LAWS MUST CHANGE.

TEXAS SCHOOLS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! TEACHERS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! 

CHILDREN WHO SUFFER DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF EDUCATORS DESERVE JUSTICE, AND IT’S CRUCIAL THAT THESE ISSUES ARE TAKEN SERIOUSLY TO PREVENT SUCH TRAGEDIES. 

I refuse to let these so-called educators, continue abusing their power. Schools should be safe spaces, not places where children are ignored, mistreated, and harmed.

THE LAW NEEDS TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN, NOT THE ADULTS WHO FAILED THEM! 

These teachers and administrators walk around untouchable, knowing they will never be held accountable because Texas law allows them to! 

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING FOR:

1. END BLANKET IMMUNITY for schools and their staff when they neglect or endanger students.

2. HOLD TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS ACCOUNTABLE when they ignore abuse, bullying, or misconduct.

3. CREATE LEGAL PATHWAYS FOR PARENTS TO SUE SCHOOLS that fail to protect their children.
