Littering. Just the word makes me feel a hole in my heart. Us as humans on earth, need to figure out a way to solve this problem. We are polluting the earth and we need to stop. We are putting ourselves in danger and not just us, animals and other living things on our earth are dying every single day by eating our plastic or other contaminants that we throw on the ground. You may not see the effect now, but you will in a few years. You may think that throwing one little thing on the ground won’t do anything but it does! Just like how recycling one little thing helps our earth. Don’t you want to see planet earth clean again? And it’s not just ground pollution, it’s air pollution. Our earths air is getting filled with chemicals and fumes from factories and cars that don’t belong. I strongly encourage to think of a different way to transport other than driving a gas powered vehicle. This causes global warming, damage to our lungs, and climate change. And it’s all because of us. What is at stake? Everything. We are at stake, animals are at stake, our family and friends are at stake! Our home is at stake. And we need to put an end to it soon.

 Let’s consider for example on the issue presented in the recent Netflix documentary “Buy Now”, the shopping conspiracy.  According to the documentary, big manufacturing companies these days trick you into buying more. They lie more. They sell products covered in plastic with a small label that says it’s recyclable. But some products are not. They put that label so that when you finish using that product you recycle it so you feel that you are helping the earth. Because companies want you to not feel the guilt of being the cause of climate change, pollution, littering, they make you buy stuff you don’t need not giving any thought to what’s happening in the real world. They basically say “ you bought it, your fault now.” But it’s not true. We have to make it their fault because they are the ones who have to responsible for the products they are selling to consumers. Because how are we supposed to know which are actually recyclable?

Lastly, why is now the time to act? Why is this very time the perfect time to act? Because the longer that we wait is the worse it’s going to become. Soon our planet won’t be green and blue anymore. It’s going to be overwhelming polluted by all of us. Now let me ask you a question. Do you want to be part of the irresponsible people who litter and fill this earth with trash, or do you want to take action and fill out planet skies and grounds with happiness again? I cant force you to change your way of thinking. Only you can choose the right choice. And we all know what that is.
