Fighting #PeriodPoverty: @Bodyform donates 200,000 period pads to schools & launches free classes!!

Hello all 68,361 of you!! Bodyform have announced something HUGE! They are donating 200,000 of their period pads to schools across the most underprivileged parts of the country, after it was revealed that some girls are skipping school because they can’t access the sanitary products they need when on their period. That’s shocking. But we’re working on it. Period. The period pad company didn’t stop there. No bloody way. They have joined forces with charity ‘The Self Esteem Team’ to tackle period poverty and derail the period taboo once and for all. That’s pretty amazing. To do so, they are offering free classes to schools across the country to build the confidence of schoolchildren and expose the harms of taboos that hold women and girls back. Period.
